Returns & Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Double check your order before you complete your check out and make sure everything is correct. If you see a mistake after you check out, please notify us as quickly as possible. We will try our best to accommodate you, however since we produce and ship very quickly, this is not always possible.

Our policy lasts 30 days for product defects. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Since every product is custom made, returned items can't be resold on our website. We strongly encourage responsible shopping and ordering. 

Due to the nature of personalized products; products are only returnable if defective. Customer error such as color selections, font selections or incorrect template are not grounds for returning a product. Matworks makes every effort to help with the selection process. Free samples, where applicable, are available to the customer and customer may request dimensions for any product to verify it is the correct product before customer places order and purchases items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

However, we understand mistakes are made. So here's our assurance:
If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
If you make a mistake with your order, email us and we will see what we can do fairly to help you get the product  you want.
We want you to be happy with your order!
If you would like to return an item, please email us within 30 days of placing the order and describe the problem. Include your order number in the correspondence.
Please note: Shipping charges are only refundable if your return is a result of an error made by The Matworks, Ltd.
