Interested in upgrading the look and feel of your boat? Discover an array of standard marine carpet options, such as tan, grey, black and navy. We also carry specialty colors such as red, royal blue and teak style carpet.
You can also order free carpet samples (up to 6) so you can see how different options would look in your boat.
MARINE GRADE CARPET
No matter which standard or specialty carpet option you choose, you'll be able to take advantage of several benefits, such as:
- Formulated blend of synthetic fiber designed solely for marine use.
- Performance-enhanced fiber that is durable and resistant to tracking.
- UV resistant and backed with a non-skid, non-marking duragon rubber that won't deteriorate over time.
- Fade resistant.
- Waterproof, mold and mildew resistant.
- Poly mesh binding that has a lifetime warranty.
- Eight year warranty on carpet and backing and a lifetime warranty on carpet binding and embroidery (customer must ship back at their cost for replacement or re-backing, as determined by manufacturer).
Duraweave Luxury Woven Vinyl Marine Flooring
Another available option is our Duraweave line, which is also known as Luxury Woven Vinyl. Along with being an attractive marine flooring solution, Duraweave is waterproof and fade and stain proof.
We have two different manufacturers that we purchase from. Both come with a 10 year warranty and come in a variety of color options:
- Specialty Duraweave Color Options.
- Standard Duraweave Color Options.
- Teak Style Duraweave Color Options.
Duraweave Luxury Woven Marine Vinyl Flooring
There are several benefits of choosing Duraweave flooring:
- Patterns and colors are made from recycled materials which have low VOC's.
- UV resistant, which makes them safe for use indoors or outdoors in direct sunlight.
- Anti-microbial and non-slip waterproof polyurethane foam base for added comfort.
- Ten year warranty on defective material as determined by manufacturer. Natural variations in dye lots and carpet grain aren't covered for replacement.
Do not dry or lay out Duraweave foam (backing) side up. The foam isn't designed to be exposed to extended sunlight. If rolled and stored, it needs to be rolled face out.
Please also note that due to the materials that it's made out of, Duraweave can get hotter in the sun than carpet. If you live in a very hot climate or don't have a bimini top, carpet might be a better material for your boat.
Marine Grade Binding (Edging)
Marine Grade binding is sewn onto the edges of the cockpit carpet or Duraweave with a commercial binding machine for a finished look and to protect the edges of the material. Our binding has a lifetime warranty and will last beautifully for years to come. Samples are available per customer request. Binding colors can be seen here.
Custom Logo Options
Matworks has most manufacturer logos on file to be embroidered. If you don't see yours under product options, give us a call at +1 770-663-0040 so we can assist.
You can also choose to embroider custom text on your boat carpet or Duraweave. There are many embroidery colors and font options to choose from, and it's a great way to add a custom touch to your boat's interior without spending a lot of money.
